These Terms and Conditions (T&C) supersede all previous versions. By accessing, using, or logging into any of our platforms, systems, courses, or communities, you automatically agree to these T&Cs. Use of our services is not permitted without accepting these terms. Period.
1. Core Principle
MNLO is a platform for personal and financial growth. We provide tools, strategies, and support to elevate your life to the next level—provided you’re ready to engage, learn, and be a respectful part of this community. Those who join are part of a movement, not just consumers.
2. Membership & Access
2.1. By purchasing an MNLO membership, you gain access to exclusive content, tools, courses, and community areas. Access is personal and non-transferable.
2.2. Refunds are not available unless a written money-back guarantee was clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
2.3. In case of payment default exceeding 7 days, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate your access.
3. Behavior & Community Code (Jerk Filter™)
3.1. Respect, loyalty, and collaboration are the cornerstones of MNLO. Every member commits to strengthening the community—not undermining it.
3.2. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Derogatory, defamatory, or divisive statements about MNLO, its founders, members, or systems—publicly or internally.
- Solicitation, negative campaigns, or deliberate disruption of the system.
- Sharing internal information, courses, or strategies with third parties or competing systems.
3.3. Members who act negatively risk:
- A warning for a first-time offense.
- Immediate termination of membership for intentional, repeated, or particularly destructive behavior.
- Permanent exclusion from future programs, courses, deals, and partner offers.
3.4. MNLO expressly reserves the right to block all access for members who harm the system or its reputation without prior notice. This occurs without refund and may be legally enforced.
4. Ownership & Usage
All content, videos, strategies, and documents are the intellectual property of MNLO or its partners. Sharing, selling, publishing, or using them outside the platform is strictly prohibited and will be pursued under criminal and civil law.
5. Disclaimer
5.1. MNLO makes no promises of guaranteed earnings or success. Your success depends significantly on your effort, implementation, and mindset.
5.2. MNLO is not liable for economic, personal, or technical damages arising from the use of its content.
6. Changes & Validity
MNLO reserves the right to modify content, prices, and terms at any time. Members will be informed of significant changes in a timely manner.
7. Severability Clause
If any provision of these T&Cs is or becomes wholly or partially invalid, unenforceable, or void, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. The invalid or missing provision will automatically be replaced by a legally permissible provision that most closely aligns with the economic purpose of the invalid provision. Or, in plain English: If any part of this legally trips up, the rest still stands—and we’ll just make it better.
8. Final Clause
By joining MNLO, you agree to these T&Cs and acknowledge that this platform is not a place for envy, sabotage, or negativity, but a home for people who want to grow. Those who work against these core values have no place here. Period.
